About Sedona Zen Center
A Zen Center Established to Help You Deepen Your Practice and Appreciate Your Life

Thank you for visiting our website.
We started Sedona Zen Center out of a wish to serve the Sedona community, visitors, and students who practice from a distance. We offer a place to practice Zen and deepen awareness in a traditional setting that is also geared toward the needs of modern American practitioners.
We believe in sharing the Dharma (Zen teachings) in a way that is transparent, caring, and connected. We have personally found Zen practice to be very helpful in numerous ways, and look forward to sharing the practice with you.
